"Moody guy in there. Hadn’t been there for a couple of years and noticed a few changes, so asked the guy working there in a friendly tone, if it was under new management. Simple question you would think..but instead he ranted on about “anything can change in 2 years!” What?? Cor. A simple yes or no would suffice- jeez! No wonder people reluctant to make small talk anymore with fear of moodiness like that. On top of that, the chips were not great and come to think of it nor were the fish or the “mushy peas” which were literally a small cup of green water."
"Very good price for the food. The chef was really friendly. Look at these bulbous fries (sorry Brits, not calling the chips) :D They were hot, juicy, and really tasty."
"Probably the worst fish and chips I’ve had in a long long time. Chips were ok but fish was over cooked. Chewy, drenched in oil and terrible batter. Will definitely not be coming here again."
"It taste nice, just wasn't happy with the price I payed for what was delivered. I payed £12.99 for cod and chips and got hardly any chips and fish."
"Bought a battered sausage and chips, never had one before. Visiting from Canada! Chips were amazing! Very reasonably priced. And has dailey specials. The sausage itself tasted like a soggy sausage roll. I was expecting it to be crispy. They do not give receipts, which is why I rated this place 4 stars instead of 5."
