"We were there for an early dinner at 6pm. We had the two person meal which gave a lovely mixture of indian dishes for us the share. Portions were spot on with ice cream and coffee to finish. Waiters couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely atmosphere and it is got quite busy but I still need to find out where they got their blue lamps from cos they are gorgeous. Next time I think we will try something off the menu now that we know the quality is good."
"We had a lovely meal here tonight at the Sagar. It was our first time following a recommendation the family. The restaurant reception area was lovely, clean and spacious where we had drinks and time to look through the menu and order. The dining area was just past the reception and was a lovely space to eat. The food arrived and we were generally all happy with the curries we had ordered, nice favours, nice chilli heat but the chicken tikka on one dish was dry, although very tastey. The saag rashum rice was delicious - worth a try if fancy a change from regular pilau. Chips were proper chunky chips aswell which is nice to see. The chapati and nanns were ok."

"It's a nice enough place, it was quiet but not unexpected as it was a Wednesday. It's the first time I have been asked for my food order in the waiting area. The food was good and all of our company had no complaints about it."
"An excellent choice for Indian cuisine and very good value. Visited Sagar on a Sunday evening and opted for the Sunday Buffet and it was excellent value at £12 per person. There was a choice of starters and mains and they all tasted really good, especially the lamb. Cobra lager and IPA on tap. Nice interior and attentive staff, really can't go wrong."
