"My worst experience at Oseikrom Restaurant Woow! what a place, well reasonable looking but very Awful, Disorganized very Disappointed in there services  that  I have ever encountered in my life. I will never recomend it to any one. They didn't even apologize or give me discount for the inconvenience caused, the receipt was just a piece of paper with even extra charges. It was as if they where doing a favor of some sort. -I booked and paid on what was agreed three weeks in advance. I was recommended by my very dear friend. -On the date I went to this place like 15mn before my actual time to use the  agreed on room(the hall 5hrs)to use for my function so that I can decorate as I wanted. Only to find that the place was not reserved for me on that particular date which I booked for. To make the matters worse they made me wait for 1hr to clear the place which was used by other people on that particular day. The cake was still there, used bottles, rubbish etc to my dismay. My face just droped with shock, lost of words you can imagine what is going through  my mind. I had invited friends and family some where coming from far who where already on there way. -My visitors looked fabulous, excited ready to celebrate found me still trying to put the room together, they had to join in to help me ( I am partially disabled) No music, telling me i will have to bring my own spikers and music as he didn't prep/tell on time his own dj but lucky enough  after 2hrs they managed to bring there dj at least to just turn on the music The food took more than 2hrs to be ready each plate came after 30mn, (15people) only to find out they where serving other people, my self and the birthday boy ended up not eating anything time was gone people where ready to go home even children where sleeping."
