"Everything was good except the cost. 12 poppadoms for £12 seems excessive. The drinks were £7 for beers and £5 for a Coke. There are cheaper and superior options available in the area of Sanderstead and Warlingham... I'll be going for those options next time."
"I had a bad experience wid this restaurant and staff before went there I called them for knowing veg dishes are available or not they said yes they have but didn’t tell us they have as a side dishes in small portions they took double charge and fight wid us as well as staff behaviour was rude and just shout on as so I don’t recommend anyone this kind of restaurant."
"where do i start with this place i booked a table for 5 and we only got seated on a table for 4 when bigger tables are left free behind us. we had to wait 40 minutes before we even started to order. when the starters arrived i was very happy as this was the best of a horrible evening out. the mains where do i start the dish itself was a very small portion and the flavour must of been left back in the kitchen as it was not in my dish or on my plate. i can turn around and say if i was to go Tesco i could get a better curry meal for £5. i would not recommend on going to eat at this place at all cost its a big disappointment."
"Lovely food, variety and service (although I would have liked a second drink when the meal was served) but left feeling annoyed as we had some, but not all, of the courses within the Wednesday banquet menu but were then charged more because it was charged as “a la carte”. It seems that the cheaper option would be to order two banquets and leave courses we can’t eat!!"
"Ate in with family for a birthday meal. All the curries, rice, pappadums and chutneys were excellent. We tried the korma, tikka masala, dopiaza, bhuna and biryani. A few pieces of chicken were tougher than I like but I felt the curries made up for it didn't take anything away from my enjoyment of the meal. Service is excellent from every staff member we interacted with. One dish I wasn't very sure about was the Leemu ice cream. It comes in a very well presented pot so is fun to eat, however the consistency was harder and icier than I expected. It was more like a hard sorbet than ice cream. So whilst my meal wasn't absolutely perfect, I did enjoy the overall experience and felt that it was great value. Our total bill was on par with ordering from a take away."
