"I’ve been eating at pra Thai for a couple of years now and I use to love the food. Today I decided to treat myself and pick up a take away. I ordered a green curry which was really nice and a papaya salad which was awful. I’ve ordered it many times but this time it was not it. I called and asked if something can be done I don’t mind to pick up something else, or even just a discount for my next order. Mind you papaya salad is 9.50. They where very busy and I did feel bad for the woman who had to take my call but they said that there is nothing to do and when I asked for the manager she said there is nothing to do and hung up. Really disappointed."

"We have been loyal customers of Pra Thai for several years now. The food has always been excellent and the staff have always been lovely when we do in-person take aways. The reason for this one star review is the absolute lack of help from the restaurant when our recent order via Deliveroo went astray. While we understand that this is the fault of the Deliveroo driver, the restaurant still made money off our order. And yet their response to our query was to shut us down entirely, rather than endeavour to resolve the issue. They were unhelpful and truculent on the phone, and I’m afraid have thoroughly put us off ordering in the future."

"Fabulous service, totally attentive to our needs with 2 young children. Only one high chair available but elder child was given a few cushions to allow her to sit comfortably on an adult chair. Half of our party were vegetarian, staff always checked to make sure any dishes ordered did not contain fish sauce. A lovely red curry for my 2yr old came with extra coconut milk on the side in case she found it spicy! Its these little service touches that make the biggest difference. Som tam papaya salad was great, as were the veggie gyoza. Mixed meat platter was tasty and very good portion size. The only dish we didn't enjoy as much was the pad thai. Will definitely visit again 4.5 stars from us."

"It's a nice place, cozy, romantic atmosphere. The food is absolutely tasty and very well presented, good portions and affordable prices. I'm just giving 4 stars as I didn't find the costumer service the best. The staff were nice and polite but felt like they weren't giving much attention to the costumers as we had to wait sometimes until find someone of the staff because they most of the time inside (where the costumers can't go) and we could hear a lot of chatting and giggling. Apart from that highly recommended."
