"Today was one of those disappointing days when the cook was not on the ball. Most of the time Crackle Barrel serves awesome food. However today the corn on the cob tasted old, mac & cheese had burnt pieces mixed in with it. The meatloaf tasted very bland and dry. Corn bread was so so. We had our order as take out"

The staff were attentive, polite and pleasant and the service was exemplary. The food was delicious and superbly presented. We even had a visit from the chef who described every cheese on the trolley and helped us choose, which was so lovely. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a very enjoyable and special dining experience."
