"Beautiful space, shame we've been seated in a corner where was very hot, it seemed the air it wasn't coming to that side, even tho I told one of the staff that was very hot the only option he gave me was to open a door, even there was an A/C that wasn't an option...Because of the heat you don't really get to enjoy the food as much, it was delicious and quantity was loads. It was my auntie's birthday and they were really friendly except for one of the waiters he had an actitude problem...everytime you asked him something he approached the table with long face and not friendly at all...aside of that everything else was alright."

"Lovely looking restaurant, nicely decorated, comfortable seating, attentive staff members. I ordered Mix grill for three and chips initially. They served bread and houmus first, the food came shortly after. The meats were nice, the rice was fluffy and tasted fresh. The grill did not come with any salad, I requested salad which was served in a small bowl, contained lettuce cucumber and tomatoes (basic). The food tasted good, the venue and atmosphere was nice which elevated the experience. In total I paid £76 for the good. It was a nice experience however the quality to price ratio was not there for me. Worth the try, however I won't be back."

"Decent place. Service was ok. Food ok. Nothing special. We had mix grill (chicken lamb chops and boti)for 2. A chelo kubedi (lamb kebab), babaganoush, mint mojito and tea. Overall bill 90£. 3 ppl certainly expensive for the quantity. V never got the bill to know what optional service charge we had to pay. Dodgy !! Make sure U ask for the bill."

"Cute restaurant with traditional decor. Food was great. We went for late lunch around 2pm. It wasn’t too busy. There was a nice atmosphere. The service was fantastic. Thank you Mahdi’s. Will be back."
