"Fantastic place and well priced. The chicken with rice filling Anatolian dish was superb and full of flavour. It’s also good portion size. We also ordered the aubergine pide but we’re accidentally given the cheese one. They have a fire oven which is massive and makes food taste just so much better. We also got given some complementary bread and cheese. I would definitely come back! Staff were good but need better training. Gorgeous airy space too with lots of light. Underrated place"
"Great atmosphere and food! I had a Trabzon pide and my mum had the cheese pide, both of which we recommend. The tulum cheese is delicious! Pide and starter is reasonably priced as a deal for ~£11. I haven't tried the breakfast yet as it is only available on weekends but the menu looks tasty! I do recommend you try this place especially if you love turkish food. Note that the tea is a bit pricey at £2 per teacup."
"I've been here twice now within two weeks - the first time my friend introduced me to Salt and Plum, and then the next time I introduced my friends to it - one of my friends who is originally from Turkey was thoroughly impressed. The only quibble she had was that the baklava was not freshly made, but still tasty. I honestly couldn't tell, I just really enjoyed it. Staff are friendly and you get to see all the food being prepared in an open kitchen. The food is delicious, authentic, nothing reheated or frozen here."
"Really good meze selection, both hot and cold. Great salads, hummus, vegetables and halloumi! Mains were not as impressive, a bit bland in my opinion and small They were also missing a few dishes and they ended up giving us some free coffee at the end to compensate.. "Nice welcoming staff and good space. A little warm inside from the big open oven but otherwise great. The food was delicious. Good selection of mezze and salads, then tasty pides with generous toppings. Good options for both vegetarians and meat eaters. And a good price too"
