"We arrived at the restaurant and no one approached us. There was a lot of people waiting to pay. Then, we managed to speak with the girl and she said that we will need to wait. No direction, guidance or good customer service whatsoever. We moved a side where (unfortunately) was the pizzas for take away. We were waiting for approximately 20 minutes when a group of 8 girls arrived and she took care of a play table for them straight away. Even more disappointing. After that she spent more time looking at the till, which she did 90% of the time while we were there (no customer connection or engagement), she looked at me and honestly I think that she forgot about us. She started taking care of our table and we finally got seated. After waiting for about 15 minutes, someone came to us asking for the order. We ordered. Drinks arrived pretty quick and the food was quite fast too. However the pizzas were mine mushy, elastic, raw."
"I recommend the haloumi pizza! And also to make sure that you get the serrated knife on your table and not the butter knife, it'll half the time you spend sawing at the crust! Staff are great and often helpful with recommendations and have great timing."
"It’s a cheap pizza, roundabout a tenner. Nice setting, clean trendy restaurant. As normal, all cooked to order. The dough wasn’t what I was hoping. Very much a sourdough base and fairly heavy. Subjective rating of 2/5 from me because I found it far too bready. Pizza express is more my thing. Everyone else enjoyed theirs so I see how it gets such a good rating….."
"Great pizzas - unfortunately the table didn’t have the right amount of cutlery or napkins for the number of diners - the toilets were dirty with broken toilet brushes left there… also the app rewards scheme works via a QR code on the table and there are none - you then enter a code on the receipt to check into your table but you have the receipt already so your leaving and it does not apply the rewards - what a farce - still Pizzas were good, the waitress attentive and the prices reasonable"
"Franco Manca is what it is. Cheep prices for really decent pizza that isn't too greasy. Pizza is made on a large scale and has a consistent quality and speed. Service was good. The restaurant itself is nothing extraordinarily special. The decor in this one is a little more drab than others of the chain making it rather dark inside."
