"On Saturday, the 7th of Jan 2023, I tried to visit the shop that was just about to close. My 3-year old desperately wanted a drink and got pretty unsettled. One of the shop assistants advised at the door they were about to close, but after seeing my son crying, she very kindly let us in. We got to order the hot choc and the team was so polite. They even offered my son a couple of sweets that were going to go off the shelf that evening after seeing him in a very bad mood. They were so sweet and smiley with him. That was so kind and I truly appreciate this. Thanks!"
