"Free Parking available in the vicinity. Went at Lunch Time it wasn’t busy with my daughter and saw other young parents with young children there. Staff seat us right away - clean table and seat. Ordered food easily on the counter staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Food came within few mins and it was prepared nicely and temperature was good. Toilet facilities were clean and new by the looks of it. They had cold peach tea option and that was delicious!"

"I have been here and was served well. Today however I went in to buy the chicken wings as a quick meal before work. I requested well done chicken wings and asked if they can do them well done on both sides of the wings. The chicken wings were ready in about 3 minutes. I left. When I was on my way, I opened to check the wing, to my surprise, they were barely grilld chicken but cooked. I wasn't happy about this. Took some pictures. Got home tried to eat them, but it was not good for grilled chicken. I had to put them in the grill. I contacted the Manager, I was told to email and attach the pictures. I did this, I got an email stating that they will not proceed with my complaint if I don't send both sides of the chicken wings. (Now remember that I asked for them to be grilled both sides). The reason I knew I have half grilled wings is because one of them was not cooked either side. For 5 wings costing £6.50, the price of 2 whole chickens in store, you would expect them to be special. Anyway to cut the long story. I called to check if they received a picture of the other side of the chicken. I was put on hold and told that the managers are busy and that I should call back another day. Now this is for £6.50. I should call them again, really. Very poor customer service. Just not going there again. Principles over money."

"We ordered using their bar code after we asked the staff if we could order through them and they rudely told us to order the website. We ordered through the website but for some reason the order never went through and we had to wait 30 min before realizing something went wrong, they said they never got it in their system. The medium boneless thighs I ordered were good and the lemon with herb I also ordered wasn’t very good the portions for the chicken are also disgustingly small for the price. The fries were ok and the environment was nice. Overall disappointing lack of staff and lack of personal experience with the waiter/ waitress. Overall took an hour to get the food and won’t be coming here again."

"First time I’ve eaten in at this place for a while! Service was impeccable for us given we were a group of 10. Food was prompt, cooked well and staff were very polite - even though some of the group were slow to order! Even when all food arrived but one, it was established that a member of the group didn’t place an order. Staff were very helpful and once order was place, food came promptly. Very impressed with the service and facilities. Plenty of seating and also parking directly outside."
