"Usually a regular but this will be the last time I order. Ignored notes on food, delivered allergens to me that were specifically not asked for. Forgot one drink and the other drink that was ordered was wrong."

"Ordered 4 breakfasts through Uber eats from here and to cut it short they were awful. Payed £32 for 4 breakfasts (2 regular and 2 large) they came in the same tiny box as a burger would come from a takeaway place. We then took the food back to the restaurant and they were really nasty towards me and they refused to give me my money back. Also the chef wouldn’t come out and speak to me himself which proves he is not very proud of what he serves. Do not go here! What a waste of my money!"

"Been a regular customer of The Little Deli Cafe for two years but something unusual is going on at this place. I placed an order which was due to arrive between 12 & 12.20pm. No sign of the driver and the just eat app told me my food had been delivered even though it hadn’t! This then prompted me to call the restaurant and after no answer the first time I called back a second time and they picked up straight away. I asked where my delivery was and the woman on the phone told me “I have to take it up with just eat as my address has been blocked” which makes absolutely no sense because just yesterday I had placed two orders with just eat and had no problems whatsoever and there is no reason for my address to be blocked! So not only did they not call me to tell me this when I placed the order I had to wait until it was late to ring them to find that out allowing them to keep my money until just eat approve my refund request which takes a number of days to process!!! My guess is that I’m not the only one that is a victim of this and seems like they’re playing some kind of game to scam their customers out of money! If not it is very poor customer service!! Not happy will not order from this place ever again and neither should anyone else!"

"Waited 2 hours for 2 breakfasts when they arrived the toast was black and I mean cremated, no hash browns, burned eggs, missing sausages and the beans and tomato all over the bag!!! Called to complain and the lady apologised and said the owner would cook the food again now and could I give the delivery driver the old food when it was delivered - not a problem. The delivery driver knocked within 10 mins to collect the old food. An hour later the SAME food just reheated and more beans and tomatoes was returned!!! Again with no hash browns and missing sausages. I called again but this time they had either gone home or seen my number so avoided it. AVOID!!!"
