"Placed an order today at 12.30pm waited three hours no delivery then said my order had been delivered, fuming still haven't had my order so tried to call Kirkby mc Donald's and guess what yes you got it i can't get through. What a joke wonder how much money just eat are making from these scams. This has happened to me more than once. Never again will I order through just eat"
"Just wanted to mention there was a lady there with black short hair who was Cleanning tables after the kids had made absolute mess. And she done fantastic job. Very clean place an she pleasant too. She’s credit to this branch. 6.20pm on Sunday nite."
"This is what is happening when you place your order for delivery. This video was recorded on a Friday at 21:45. There are no customers inside the restaurant, the drive thru is not congested and even so there are 18 drivers waiting for the food you ordered to be delivered. Most of them have been waiting more than 40 minutes for an order. The managers of this McDonald's should at least have some empathy with whoever is at home and has placed an order for delivery."
"Advertise themselves as a 24hr restaurant. I turned up at 06:05 in the morning recently and the drive thru was coned off. Parked up in the car park and tried to enter to eat in. Doors were locked and nobody in sight. Why say you're a 24hr establishment if you can't be arsed. Won't be bothering again."
