"Thoroughly enjoyed our burgers. Bacon cheeseburger & cheeseburger. Regular fries to share which was a big enough portion to feed 3/4 people! Unlimited drink refills is such an added bonus!"

"The burger was good, better quality than say a McDonald's burger. Cajun dusted fries were really nice. Nearly £30 for 2 burgers 1 fries and 2 drinks. And even though we sat in to eat it was served in a take away bag which was a bit awkward. A little bit on the pricey side but unlimited refills."

"I went into five guys with the intention of having a nice meal after a stressful day. My phone was about to run out of charge and I asked if I could borrow a socket to plug my phone in to charge as it was about to run out. I told them I was a bit stressed as I needed to phone a taxi later to get back home. The manager was very rude and told me they couldn’t allow it. Shame on the manager for not being more reasonable. After that I did not feel like buying a burger from this chain - very disappointing and luckily the staff at “The Vue” cinema were much nicer and let me use their facilities to charge my phone."

"Took two bites out of burger, opened it to put the lettuce back in that fell out. There was a LIVE centipede inside of my burger…moving around the burger. Went straight to the till…told them, waited for the manager but he didn’t come out..made one of his employees give us a refund, the employee was very apologetic and disgusted. One woman went to throw it in the bin..I asked her to show her manager who was not coming out to speak to us. We then demanded that we see the manager..he strolls out to say sorry..didn’t once tell everyone that the food has been contaminated..just carried on serving other people the food around THE BUG ON THE SIDE…which had since moved on to the other side of the burger. I was stood watching the food be made and noticed that the bun which had been prepared with the topping was sat on the side for a long time while the patties and fries cooked…so for a whole 20 minutes the bug was sat on the bun and no one noticed it. They also didn’t throw out the contaminated lettuce once we told them just carried on serving……I have picture but won’t let me post them. Also the feedback page isn’t working for me…won’t let me send anything."

"Ordered two burger with a portion of chips.They came rapped in foil.The burger was a soggy ball of fat with machine processed cheese half melted into the mess .No taste whatever and not very hot. Chips not the best either. Looking at the bill i had paid over well the odds for the meal . Yuck"
