"Just a fantastic experience! It was busy around 6:30 and was worried we wouldn't be able to have a decent table, but the staff member let us have a spacious area at the back of the restaurant. Perfect for us! From the minute we walked in the customer service was spot on. Asked how our days was, any allergies, any questions etc. A manager came over to talk through the allergens guide and find suitable options. The food arrived quickly and was really tasty. Staff came back to check all was ok, and had a quick chat at the end as they cleared our tables. Every single member of staff was friendly and had a positive attitude, but a big thanks to Matt for going through the allergens guide with us! (6:30pm 21st Feb)"

"Me and my partner visited Nandos for a meal together whilst visiting the retail park. As the Nandos is based on a retail park there is plenty of parking available, including disabled parking outside. There are also plenty of shops and even some activities you can do during your visit. When we arrived we were seated immediately. We visited around 3pm so we were alittle early for the tea time rush, it was very quiet at this time. We were asked if we had been before and were given the option to order at the till or scan a QR code to order. I honestly prefer ordering at the till but we used the QR code to see how easy it was and it was very straight forward! The QR code brings up the menu and you just add to your basket what you want. You have to place your table number in and then pay. Nice and simple. The food arrived very quickly and was hot when it arrived, nice and fresh. I love how you can personalize how spicy you want your dish to me. My partner would still like something more spicy! The food was delicious and relatively healthy too. The restaurant was clean and the toilets were relatively clean too, just some tissue on the ground. There were alot of staff member and they even had some training happening during the time we were eating but this was also kept out of the way. It was a very relaxing atmosphere."

"Bit chaotic with organizational skills, was told we could order at the table via QR Code bus one was very badly scratched and the other was snapped so had to order at the till. I was asked to wait for a minute then someone came to the till and started serving other people even though I was still waiting to be served and was first in line? However I don't think it was bad service it was just very minor things, the staff were great and friendly and the food was amazing and they served the fresh food very quickly. Would definitely recommend!"

"Went for a cheeky nandos with the mandem. Got there and were seated instantly. Covid-19 arrangements seemed good although a few staff were not wearing masks. Food was reasonably priced, staff obeyed our requests, food was served quickly and the chicken was very nice. 10 hot wings with piri piri fries and garlic bread is an amazing combination that i definitely reccomend you try if you go to this particular nandos location or indeed any other nandos in the world. overall i rate it 16/10 good job guys"
