"I had an amazing experience at Nando's for a recent family celebration dinner! The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor, and the service was top-notch. Our server was attentive and made sure that our experience was enjoyable. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and was perfect for our special occasion. I especially enjoyed the peri-peri chicken and the side dishes. The portions were generous and we left feeling satisfied. Furthermore, the staff were accommodating and accommodating the table regularly, ensuring that the table was always clean and neat, making sure that any spills were promptly cleaned up, The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend Nando's for any special occasion or just for a casual dinner. It's a great place to take the family and it's definitely worth the price! 5 stars!"

"One of the most shambolic Nando’s ever. Staff spend all of their time faffing and talking to one another rather than their job. I tried to place an order for collection, but their online system wasn’t working so I was forced to go into the store to place an order to takeaway. I waited more than 15 minutes to order. Even though only one till was open, the woman serving spent half her time in the kitchen talking to other staff, doing absolutely nothing to clear the queue. I wouldn’t have wasted 15 minutes waiting if they told me that when I was waiting to be directed. What a waste. I should emphasise the staff failing to do their job is a regular occurrence. All the time. They need better staff and certainly better management. Even the manager was engaged in conversation rather than clearing the queue and speeding things up."

"Nando's Greenford I was so disappointed with manager her name is Ruby. She has no idea what she was talking. She doesn't have customer skills, very rude lady. She can't resolve the issues. She talked like I've earned this place. But rest of the crews, excellent, friendly and helpful. Ruby, one of the worse manager I ever come across. We have spent £107.95 and I have used my Army discount which is 20% should be £86.34 right? But I have paid £103.95 how come that's 20%? Only 4 pounds off? I feel so bad. She didn't have an explanation, but she was rude."

"The restaurant is situated conveniently by local retail shops. The food is quick and delicious. The staff are very friendly. Only annoying thing is that you have no signal or internet in side and would have to connect to the Wi-Fi."

"This nandos has the best service in London! Staff checked on us 2x. Once a couple minutes after the food arrived and again, towards to end of meal. Restaurants should learn from that. Food was fresh and the skin on the chicken was perfectly crispy yummy. Nice big locAtion."
