"Popped in on a Thursday afternoon for lunch after reading the reviews. I must admit I was shocked how good the food was, I ordered the steak and ale pie chips etc. my partner she ordered the salmon and I can honestly say these were one of the best pub meals we’ve had.. Staff were helpful and friendly, the pub was spotless, food was not only excellent but pretty quick too. I 100% recommend the cookhouse, we will be returning again as their are other meals we want to try. Great job"
