"Lovely pub run by totally inept management. Booked a table for early Saturday evening only to be told that no booking had been recorded. When presented with evidence of booking was told by manageress that there was nothing they could do. As an exercise in public relations by an industry which constantly bemoans post pandemic hardship this attitude beggars belief. Take your hard earned cash elsewhere ."

"A super venue, cheerful and very helpful staff, food exceptional, 4 separate meats, Roast and mashed potatoes, mixed vegetable etc. Served on ( in our case for two people), a large platter and help yourself to as much h as you like (veg in a separate bowl) also s large gravy boat of fabulous gravy.
