"Hired room for 21st birthday party. The young barmaid was fantastic and very friendly. The food that was put out for us was great. The bar maid was a credit to the management. My only concern is if your going to this pub and using function room register you car at the bar straight away so you can get 3 hrs free parking. The car park has sign that says free car park, but there is parking meters on it. We got parking fine from the company that runs car park. ( nothing to do with pub )but we got it over turned and they managed to say it was our fault in condensending way."
"Pleasantly surprised by the food, some are nicer than others but the burgers, chicken stack and mushroom stack were enjoyed by my family. Halloumi fries were a bit disappointing, very thin and overcooked but overall not bad for a cheap lunch."

"The renovation/decoration of this pub it's to a high standard. We went in the afternoon and the bar staff were really nice and friendly. The carvery was good but not hot. Not sure if this was just a one off, I may go once more to find out."
