"Ordered 2 pizzas & cheesy garlic bread. There was barely any cheese on all items ordered. In an attempt to fix the situation, I was told I would receive £20 off on my next order. Sadly the gentleman insisted that I did not need to receive this in an email or text as everything was linked to my phone number. I rang the shop today as I wanted to place an order, firstly the gentleman told me the £20 had been used (which was untrue) , then after expressing my dissatisfaction he said there was never a coupon to begin with. He told me to ring after 5 as that is when the manager (Terry) would be in, but after reading the reviews I won’t bother. Order at your own risk. I don’t understand why they needed to lie."

"Shockingly bad - despite 3 phone calls (2 of which they hung up on me) I finally requested a refund. I called was told 2 delivery attempts had been made but I wasn’t in!! Completely untrue & my Ring doorbell can prove…finally arrived an hour & a half later with a cold & completely incorrect order so sent it back & requested a refund. Another call & spoke to Jake apparently the manager (previously told the manager was Terry) & refund promised within 15 days of his accounts dept. approval. Paid £23 for nothing & now will wait 15 days to see if they actually give me my money back… will never use again! Ps when the email confirms your full delivery address it probably doesn’t help your delivery driver to leave off the postcode & house name! Apart from the lovely delivery driver the staff answering the phone are rude & unhelpful - especially when you’re trying to talk about a ‘classic crust’ pizza & the staff member doesn’t understand what you are talking about so has to put the manager on the phone! Seriously guys, it’s pizza, not rocket science!"

"Very slow, order was placed at 6:50 and it just kept saying no 8 mins for a long time before it was in oven. The chips I had brought had gone cold whilst I was waiting.the longest I have ever waited for dominos."

"Very poor customer service! Always had problems with the place and every time I ask for the managers name to complain they just sweep it under the rug at the same time making me feel that I’m in the wrong for mentioning it and decline to answer . Many issues over the years, last time I go to them! Also they last said to me after not delivering my pizza that if I ask for a refund I would lose half the £ because it was already cooked!!! Yet hadn’t even received my order?! Be careful I felt like I was being robbed I had to take the cold order that was sitting at the shop so I didn’t lose £ !!! Found out they delivered it to my neighbour!! Very last time I go Cobham dominoes!! no stars!!!"
