"I opened the German donner box up and I thought wow, the quality is so good and the food is hot. However, when I was delving into the food, I found a hair within it. If the hair strand was on top of my food then that would be different, but it was inside my food. Attached to the contents of it. Absolutely disgusting and I did not expect this from this place. Clearly they do not adhere to the health and safety measures. I asked for a refund and they didn’t give me a refund. Instead offered a free meal which I just gave to my sibling. You really think I’m going to eat somewhere where the health and safety regulations are not adhered to? I am also sure it was not my hair as this is a long black strand hair."

"Went here today for lunch with my Dad. Great location in the heart of Preston city centre with friendly and professional service and great food (I had the mixed kebab which was lovely). You also got a buzzer so that you know when your meal was ready. Highly recommended! :)"

"absolutely horrible service, went with my disabled daughter, when I seated my daughter there were two girls on counter one was packing orders the other was making boxes, the girl packing orders had to tell the other girl to take my order. orders came separately mine first then my daughter's almost 5 minutes later, I asked for a straw to which I was told the straw floats in fizzy drinks, had to tell her I know that!!! its for a disabled child. I won't even say anything about the food I recommend that you dribe down the road to blackburn were the staff excel at welcoming and service"
