"The food as always in subway is excellent. The reason for my one star review is the frustration with what appears to be the manager of the store. She is wholly incompetent and a total bully to the other staff and the customers. Juliet is totally disrespectful to the staff. Her constant need to micromanage everything impedes service and demeens the staff in front of the customers on every visit I have had. She is abrupt and rude to customers and don't think of sending your child for the toilet key unless you want to listen to a tirade where your child will be made to wait an unreasonable length of time no matter how polite they are. This member of staff needs serious training in customer service and the company need to protect the other members of staff from her bullying manner."
