"Lovely pub and great food. Staff are attentive and friendly. The pub was very busy but the wait for food was not too long and when it arrived was piping hot and well served. In fact we were so impressed we returned the next day to try different dishes. They were equally as good."

"Made a special trip out and it was well worth it. We all had Sunday roasts, 2 beef n pork, a beef and I had lamb. We all agreed it was a tasty well cooked meal. The girls then had Eton mess and a lemon tart both exquisite. It was reasonably priced and seemed to be busy but not too full. All the staff were informative, friendly and attentive. We will visit again."
