"I ordered mixed Tikka sandwich with no sauce just salad the food was so hot with spice it was inedible, when I rang to complain they said it stated that it was spicy, looking on the just eat menu for chicken Village.........?no it didn't!!!! They were less than helpful. So that was £12 completely wasted. Will not be ordering from them again."
"The food is ok, a few nice things on the menu but nothing outstanding. Something wrong with every delivery, either very long wait (once waited for 2 hours) and sometimes get the orders wrong. Have to chase up at least twice. Promised a discount twice as well but had nothing about is since, customer service needs improving."
"Absolutely awful service what a shame ...ordered food at 6.15 rang at 7.20 to ask where delivery was up too ..was told it had left and was on it's way..rang back at 7.50 as still not arrived to be told "not my fault a driver hasn't turned up no one said your food was ready I'll send it to you now !!" So nearly 2 hours for a delivery.. I'm a new customer after having a leaflet dropped through the door.. if you can't keep up with demand don't advertise for new business... The man that I spoke to was rude and unapologetic. Hence the bad review if I could leave no stars I would..would you believe just typed this and it turned up 2 and a 1/2 hours late so sent them packing with the cold food ..avoid avoid avoid."
"The only place I know that serves a kids meal without chips and drink. Even though it clearly states on the menu “served with fries and fruit shoot”. And when I phoned up, got told it was a mistake. NEVERgoing here again Worked out at £10.50 just for a little box of nuggets- (I ordered 3x of the nugget meal)"
