"been ordering from luckys for about 10 years, food has been going downhill recently, one chef is good and one chef is horrible, ordered meat spring rolls tonight, labelled as meat and nothing else, i have had these plenty of times before and they have come with carrots and onions in and they’re not mini as labelled they are big ones, called to say they are wrong as they have veg in them to be told it was made with carrot and they are correct, sorry but false advertisement, breaking the law, changing things and lying about it and putting the phone down on customers is vile. horrible service, offered no exchange or refund simply told me i was wrong, pretty sure i’m sat looking at them not you."
"Been using this chippy for years, never do reviews but slowly been getting worse, tonight nearly £30.00 spent and absolutely horrible food, soggy duck rolls, pale and soggy tasteless salt and pepper chips, soft crispy shredded beef.
