"Ordered at 5.10-15 arrived 7.10 decided on a different take and ordered Gosht massala, had gosht in a different form before, unfortunately I can't do green peppers, after waiting so long was too hungry to think about checking and there they were, the dreaded green peppers, also the nan breads were hardly cooked. Rang immediately to pretty much being talked over all the phone call eventually spoke to Mah who offered to replace it but it's too late when you like a meal and not have to wait up forever. Yes he offered a discount etc, not that I'll probably bother. The point of this, whoever answered was extremely ignorant kept ignoring my issue by talking over me and to other people inside , obviously thanking guests as they were leaving. Not acceptable under any circumstance. Concentrate on the person you're speaking not what's around you, I'm still a customer paying you a wage! Not anymore."
