"Not bad food is never very hot when you get a delivery"
"pre ordered 1 pizza and fries at 3pm to arrive at 18:45 and I understand give or take 5-10 minutes I Live half a mile away from this shop and my food was 45 Minutes late Chips COLD and pizza slightly warm after waiting an extra 45 minutes and then had to reheat it aswell if I ordered a pizza with fries for 15 pound I would of expected it to arrive at least hot and after me pre ordering it 45 minutes late so plenty of notice it came 45 minutes late I called the shop and they made it seem like I am a LIAR I got told it was dispatched straight away it would’ve arrive at least hot or even warm it wasn’t even half a mile £15 pound wasted the customer service was making out I was lying I can order from prescot and it comes piping hot and that’s at least a mile away poor customer service"
"That burger had FLAVOUR. Mate I would get a burger on its own without chips or drink and the drink is usually my favourite part.. but that burger mate.. oh. My. God. Like a mouth hug from the lord himself. NICE ONE!"
"The chicken and wings are over done and on another occasion tasted like they were done the day before and reheated. Chips are the only things that are fresh and taste like Freddie's chips and it's nice and clean like the other stores. Manchester Freddie's are the real representation"
"Was surprised at the contrast of reviews between here and Just Eat, but I decided to take the risk. I'm glad I did. The food was delivered well on time and hot. It's difficult to get a decent chicken burger around here, but the guys at Freddy's do it just right. Not dry, not soggy. Just tender and comforting, with a bit of crisp. The chips were actually great - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with plenty of red salt, unlike most places that do super soggy chips and underseason them. The red velvet cake was a nice way to round off the meal. Overall, great value for great food. Highly recommend."
