"Called up to place an order and their online system wasn't working. When I arrived I was told they don't accept cash. No mention of this was made on the phone when I placed my order. Very poor quality of service and management wasn't even apologetic about the fact that I've wasted my time going to the store to collect. Had no valid reason for not accepting cash."

"Absolutely dreadful!!! Lots of staff but totally ignored for a good few minutes on entering....they couldn't find my pizza... it must have been difficult....I ordered cheese and tomato!!!! Very stingy with the topping, lots of bare crust. Ate a few slices because I was hungry. I'd looked forward to a nice pizza all day.....I ended up with an upset stomach 3 hours later and still in bed now, Saturday morning, 09.00 feeling sick. NEVER again will I choose Domino's. Normally, if I have a poor experience, I don't bother leaving a review but this was a dreadful experience and I'm still suffering. Environmental Health Halton, get round there...."
