"disgusting. My daughter got food poisoning after eating one of the burgers. customer service is appalling. called in to make a formal complaint and was received with a very harsh attitude."
"The thing is with Pakistani owners they never refund or exchange the burnt food that they make.. you ask them nicely to simply change the order they burnt to death and they said no because some employee who's worked there for 12 years thought he knows everything about burnt food... The point is that Pakistanis who own establishment like this who charge a arm and a leg can't simply exchange something that they made burnt... Too many times the food has been off and they simply can't own up to it and replace it... If you have starving kids do not bother to go here because if anything that is wrong with the food these heartless people won't exchange or refund it .. I'm not ever spending money at mamoods anymore this is the last bit... Enough is enough we pay for food that should be made right the first time..."

"Been Enjoying Mahmoods for a long time and been getting deliveries for a long time. Can't really complain much, food is always good and always arrives on time. Only Issue I e always had is the people Serving in store have a very rude behaviour most of the times. Don't know why even on the phone sometimes you always get straight rude questions like "what do you want??" etc. Hope the Management pays some attention to it. "Excellent place to eat. Situated in a prime location and with plenty of indoor seating, this is the perfect place to eat with family and friends. The food is delicious and there's plenty of variation on the menu to choose from. The staff are very friendly and thoughtful. The burgers are very tasty. Would definitely recommend 10/10"
