"Ordered via Uber Eats with estimated delivery time of 5-25 minutes. Nothing had arrived after half an hour so rang for an update - the man who answered the phone said 'he'd ring us back in 2 minutes'. He never did so we rang the store about 10-15 minutes later and the lady who answered the phone told us that the crepe machine wasn't working so they obviously could never fulfill our order but hadn't bothered to let us know. We asked them to cancel the order via Uber Eats and she said 'no problem'. Still waiting on the order to be canceled via Uber Eats. 1* is generous for the terrible service, hopefully if you receive your order it will be better than there communication skills."
