"The food here is usually very good however on my last visit I got home to bite into a bloody metal staple!! I’ve emailed numerous times about this and also called requesting to speak to the manager to which I was told he would call me back... I still haven’t heard back from them. Very disappointed to find the lack of customer service and quality control on the food. I know they have building work going on in the back room however to find a staple in my burrito isn’t acceptable. If a young burrito loving child was to of swallowed this then it could of caused serious damage."
