"Excellent hot breakfast sandwich's as usual, but 3 of the 4 BEST were missing the sausage. I rang to let them know, they immediately offered to redo the order, but I didn't see the need for that even without the sausage it was still a good sandwich. 10 minutes later the door bell rang - it was the nice delivery guy from the Door Rack with £5.00 as an apology for the mistake. Things will go wrong in life, but good service is displayed in how they are put right. WELL DONE AND THANK YOU DOOR RACK"
