"Waited an hour and a half for our food to arrive. It finally arrived after chasing twice. They hadn’t bothered to put the milkshake in the order and it was cold so we had to warm it up ourselves. When i rang to ask them to deliver it they ignored my calls. Won’t be ordering again and still waiting for a call back about the milkshake being delivered/a refund…not even willing to sort it out! I’d like a refund please for the cold food and missing item - doubting they’ll even get back to me at all. Don’t order from them if you want all of your items, good customer service or cold food. Not worth the £30 we spent!"

"It’s embarrassing how bad the customer service was. Ordered food at 4:15pm and showed up at 7pm, nearly 3 hours wait and 2.5 over expected arrival time. I phoned up several times to check on my order and every time they seemed completely clueless to how to handle the situation and told me what I wanted to hear saying food is minutes away when I’m reality was hours away. When the food arrived I payed for the burrito, tortilla chips and drink meal and it didn’t even have the tortillas in the bag. I separately ordered some chips and they were extremely soggy. This is unprofessional and disappointing. Don’t buy from this business until they go under major development."

"I've tried to order online twice now, and not only they do not pick up the phone listed in the website but the order bounces back. Is this place even open anymore? Answer to the business: reviews are for the quality of the service, which in this case was not good twice in a row. I will love to review the food and update my review once I manage to order it. "Waited over two hours for delivery. When the food finally arrived (two burritos and one regular fries), the burritos were clap cold. Fries were cold and soggy. Had to re-heat in the microwave to make edible. Not what I was expecting for almost £25. This was our first time buying from you and we won’t be ordering again in a hurry. Hugely disappointing…"

"We didn’t receive the order until 2 hours after we ordered it! It was very cold, and not the appetising. We were really looking forward to a good burrito, however that’s not what we received. The skin on fries were cold and soggy as well. Not impressed at all."
