"Had to sit upstairs which was no major issue. Food was amazing. Staff were super friendly and helpful. My only issue here is that the kitchen doesn't seem to have much extraction so when you leave your clothes smell of cooking. Not a major issue as the food really is cracking."

"Will never be ordering from here again. Shans used to be a pretty good for the price, the food was tasty and freshly cooked. The last couple of orders have been mediocre at best. Giving them one final chance, our takeaway last night was just plain awful. Curry for 4 – 50 minutes late (after calling); two dishes did not resemble anything like what we ordered; one dish had a long hair in and the fourth was grainy and tasted of raw spices. Sides were all sad and tasted reheated! Poor quality, poor cooking. Far better options available these days, cannot recommend to anyone!"
