"Ordered 1030... increased its estimated delivery to over an hour then added another 20 minutes. Didn't answer the phone. After 2 hours, I asked for money off via justeat app. They phoned me and said 20 minutes... they said I could cancel then offered 3 pound off. They asked me to give them a good review over the phone and said they would then give me the 3 pounds off. After another 35 minutes I called back. He said two more drops! Finally arrived well after 0130. Cold."
