"Staff are lovely. Especially Chrissy who always remembers your order! Today my son had fallen she went above and beyond for him. We are now sat at home hes has eaten his sandwich and enjoying his lolly she offered him to cheer him up."
"The staff here are rude and unprofessional and do not understand the concept of “the customer is always right” i ordered a baguette that comes with bbq sauce however i specifically asked for no bbq sauce (my boyfriend also heard me ask for this.) I returned ten minutes later after leaving and realising my baguette had bbq sauce on and politely telling her that she had made a mistake however she was extremely rude about this and made me feel very uncomfortable. She said that i did not ask for no bbq sauce and it comes with it anyway. I will not be coming back here, awful customer service."
