"Nice big restaurant area, clean and tidy. Staff were good, and a good choice of meals available including the carvery roast. Some of our group went for food off the menu which didn't take too long to arrive even though it was busy. The carvery was really good with plenty of choices. Was a kids area around the corner. Could either book meal and drinks at bar or use the app, whichever is best for you. Ample parking outside and easy enough to find the place with signage outside. I'm sure we'll all be back again soon."

"Nice pub/restaurant, attentive staff who make the place worth visiting. The food is rather simple and the slsteak on the burger came blue instead of medium, the pudding on the other hand are phenomenal!! Massive portions...."

"Unfortunately not a good experience I booked a table for 4 online which was easy and the only reason I'm giving 2 stars as we arrived a little earlier and our table was ready. They wasn't too busy which is always a good sign but I ordered our drinks using the app which took over 30 minutes to come to our table when asked why so long for drinks the waitress stated they have to serve people at the bar first before the app people which in itself was a shock never mind there was only a couple of people at the bar the whole time we was waiting. Our food arrived after 50 minutes of ordering on the app again and I got the same response don't use the app if your not going to serve people is my opinion from now on we will be going elsewhere as the food wasn't overly good it was just ok"

"Great place to eat. We came here for a family party. The food was delicious and it was quickly served. There is lots of choice for everyone and the children's menu is really good too. The toilets were very clean as was the restaurant. One of the ladies that served us was called Donna and she was lovely and helpful if there was anything we needed. The inside play area was ok shame it wasn't a bit better and not full of grab machines which cost money. Over all we really enjoyed ourselves and would come back here again."

"Clean, great staff, toilets available, disabled access, great food and child friendly with an area just for kids! Fabulous visit! Booked with a young man on the phone who did everything he could to fit a large party of 21 in the next day! I was over the moon when he informed me he had managed to do it. On arrival we were greeted and shown to our table and informed of the different ways we could order. Those who served us were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The food was delicious! I personally chose the carvery and I couldn’t complain about a single item on my plate. All great quality and beautifully cooked! The chef who served me was also friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make my daughters experience nice also! We then went to the play area and the kids adored that too! Thank you very much."
