"Chicken was cold, tasted as if it wasn't cooked for long enough"
"Wasn't very nice, there chicken "Smash" Burger is just a cheap generic chicken shop chicken burger, soggy bun, little bit of warm salad and sauce. Buffolow wings are dry rubbed and burnt, not served with a sauce and single bone only. Chips where soggy. Rubicon mango was nice. But it's always nice."

Obvious issues with Deliveroo and james fast food accepting orders and stating james is working on the order when they are clearly not. Can’t cancel without refund until the delivery is 60mins late"
