"The young girl who's served us was very helpful and made our visit enjoyable. We sat in the children's play area part, there aren't many seats but it was quiet the day we visited so not a problem, the only down side was the heating was on and it was so warm in there my kids were struggling to play because they were having to come sit down and rest from over heating. The food was delicious and the price was good we were served quickly and the server couldn't have been more helpful"

"Food never tuned up after well over an hours wait. I asked two waitress about our meal, both times we were told they would look into it for us, both times no one came back to us with any reason as to why we had waited so long, after an hour and 20 minutes we left without even receiving our meal. Very poor service from team turnpike. This was one of our regular visits but never had it been so bad as this. The place is going to ruin"

"Food on the walls, seating falling apart and stained. The food was good and served in good time. We asked to take chocolate brownie without ice cream home only to find that ice cream had been added. Slop when we got home and contents leaked inside my car. The place need a good clean and updating."

"Let's begin with the positive, on entering I was very impressed with the way that the food allergy issue was brought up straight away and without any prejudice. To begin with I was enjoying the autumn view from our window table however after waiting 33 minutes for our food to arrive the enjoyment was replaced by hunger and when it finally arrived the ready meal I was served was served luke warm and must have only taken 5 minutes to heat up in the microwave. When all of these issues were raised with the server all we got was indifference and excuses. Table's were not sanitized in-between diners and the ladies toilets had obviously not been cleaned from the night before."

"Just had a fabulous full english breakfast here as I'm staying at the adjoining hotel. Decent price for the food and nice friendly table service from the staff. Often overlooked as somewhere to get a good value, sit down and eat breakfast with unlimited croissants and coffee etc. Definitely worth a visit before your day begins if you're staying in the area."
