"Ordered the munch box c. Wasn’t great. Far too salty, shredded beef was inedible was like chewing sticks. Sweet and sour sauce was like jelly. Chicken in the curry was cheap and no flavour. Wouldn’t come back."
"I had been going to Chow Bar when Christine first opened it and the food was so good! Since changing hands, the quality of the food is appalling! You know it's bad when what was once a busy Friday/Saturday night with people queuing outside is now empty. Christine, is there any chance you could come back?"
"Gutted to update my previous 5 star review but Chow Bar Has really gone downhill since Christine Left, This has gone from the Best Chinese Takeaway locally to another bog standard Chinese takeaway. The food was previously amazing but is now mediocre. The branding like the Menu and Website was previously good but now looks tacky. I hope. I hope I am able to update my review back to 5 stars in the future and that this is taken as honest feedback."
"I would just like to say how disappointed we are with Chow bar. We are regulars (Rosie and Dale) and come here on a weekly basis. However, we have ordered twice in the last 2 weeks and on both occasions the food is inedible. We love this Chinese and Christina, but unfortunately the chips were raw and the sauce had been watered down and had no flavour. I hope the next time we order it will be on parr with what we have received in the past. If not, we won't be ordering again. I'm sorry to leave this review and will be happy to delete when the Chinese picks back up its beautiful food"
