"I have been to Nandos, a total of 3 times in 10 years. It is always someone else's idea. But I was very impressed with this latest foray. We decided to grab a bite to eat while shopping and Nandos seemed convenient. The welcome was very warm. The waiters were lovely. Ordering was quick and straight forward. The food was delicious. I had the livers with fries. Other half had chicken and 2 beers. But the best bit for me? Lovely Cuban music playing in the background at the correct level. We could actually have a conversation without having to scream into each other's eardrums. There are only two booths and we were lucky enough to get seated in one. Will I be back? Possibly..... those cheeky livers were a bit of alright!"
"Visited today with my family. Usually the customer service here is poor, however today the service was excellent. We were served and looked after by I think a man named Dwight. He was very attentive and went above and beyond. The food came promptly be tasted superb! Thank you for today :)"
"Nandos in one stop Perry Barr is in an ideal location, there are plenty of spaces to park. The restaurant itself is clean and the staff are very polite and helpful. We were seated very quickly and advised how to order via the app. However the app proved to be very fustrating as it get crashing when trying to make the payment after spending 10/15 mins trying to get the app to work. I gave up and went to the till. The food arrived quickly and was well presented. The chicken flavour was not as strong as I was expecting but what was most dissatisfied was the rice. very bland plastic tasting rice short grains and not enjoyable at all. Overall average food overpriced. Bottomless drinks are good and the ice cream was nice. Won't be going back unless I'm very very desperate and can't find anywhere else to eat."
