"Amazing dining experience at Manchester Pasta Co’s pop up event. Each course was incredible, beautifully presented and just so delicious. The whole experience felt so special, with friendly and attentive staff and a perfect choice of wines to pair with the food. As a veggie I was well catered for, and didn’t feel like I was missing out or getting second best at all (a rare find with tasting menus!). Laurie is such a talented chef, and it’s so brillaint to have something like this in Manchester. 100% recommend!"

"Truly Amazing! Just had a truly amazing experience in an unbelievably amazing venue in Manchester last night. This was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The food and wine was second to none, a truly unique stunning night out enjoyed by all. Watch this space Laurie and his staff are going places.
