"Every single member of staff here is a role model for professionalism and customer service. So friendly. Entire restaurant is spotless, food is a reasonable price and the food tastes really fresh. You don't feel like you're eating stodgy takeaway food. It's also in a really nice location. Absolutely superb. My only complaint, and this is tiny, is that the miso soup does not transport well. If any of it gets on the takeaway lid, it soaks through and degrades the container. Luckily I had it in a separate bag but if I didn't it would have absolutely soaked my stuff."

"It’s changed since I’ve eaten here last with terminals now for ordering and not just picking up the food to take to the counter to pay. Had no issues though, found what I wanted to eat, paid, number was called out after waiting for around 5 mins and was on my way. Food was lovely and the chocolate dessert was especially tasty."

"It is the first itsu I came across with terminals so you cannot pick your sushi anymore. Also my order was lost? It was super simple - sushi and miso soup and as it not showing on the board for 5 mins I decided to double check. They apologized but like what the hell? You introduce an automated system to create efficiency not to frustrate your customers."
