I took a couple of friends for lunch to discover that upon checking my receipt that they’d overcharged me - despite advertising 30% off on their menus and the poster on the window - the 30% was only applied to ONE item - and not off the total bill. I expressed that this is misleading and dishonest. They offered me a couple of dishes instead of a refund. I’ve not been back there since. I assumed it was a genuine mistake but having read that other reviewers experienced the same, I’ve updated my review. Beware: please check your bill carefully. False advertising. Autumn 2022 Wow! Just opened locally in Victoria, I tried some of the tester sushi the other day and was impressed by the quality and freshness of the food. Today I went back for katsu chicken curry. It was delicious. They make the food whilst you wait - the staff were very friendly and helpful. A separate pot of curry is provided to avoid the breadcrumbs from getting soggy on the chicken, I was also surprised to see that broccoli and carrots were included. They’ve got a 30% discount at the moment. Try them and support locally. Will definitely be going back. Really good value and a really nice size portion. Highly recommended. I went back for Salmon Poke bowl today. (27/10/22) Great quality and delicious. Today 28 October 2022 - Prawn Katsu curry. Again, reliably delicious. "They advertise a 30% discount on their window and their menu. Then when it comes to paying the bill, the staff told me only a selection of the menu is eligible for the discount. I question them about the bill, initially, they weren't about to offer me a discount at all until I asked for them after paying then they gave me £3 cashback for the discount. Very dishonour and misleading business. The food was okay, but the chicken teriyaki rice was unfresh with stinky smell. Plus, I saw the staff dumping food waste directly onto the public footpath in front of the store, not sure if this is the correct way of trading standards."

"Freshly made to order and high quality ingredients. I really liked the spicy tuna rolls and would highly recommend them. Nice and casual vibe and somewhere I will be popping back for a quick lunch in the future."
