"Absolutely diabolical. Ordered food at 18.24 tried calling them several time ( 36 times) lines are busy all the time. Food still hadn't arrived at 20.40. Don't bother ordering EDIT : after waiting 2.5 hours pizza finally turned up, pizza was cold and soggy."

"The worst experience we have had! Ordered on a busy Saturday so appreciated that it might take a while to get to us and we were ok with this. They gave us an estimated time of arrival which was great. An hour after the ETA and we had heard nothing. The online system said we should have had it and didn’t update the whole time. I tried to call their number 30x and every time there was either an engaged tone or it rang out. Shock behaviour. To top it all off 1.5hrs late he turned up and didn’t have our drink or dip. Still no answer from the shop. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN."
