"I'm tempted to go to the police on this one. 2 gangsters came to the house to deliver the food, demanding more money than the order cost (only £1 extra, but still). My wife was having trouble finding the money which had fallen down the side of the sofa.....they started yelling in the street, it was 1am on a Thursday night. Nasty, nasty staff. Have complained to JustEat too. Food a 2/5 but I will never go anywhere near this takeaway again."

"Got home from nightshift and ordered via Just Eat. Food to arrive at 3.50 am. Delivery apparently arrived at 3.30am. Was in the livingroom and kitchen, door never knocked and if it did was only once. Door bell there too not used Missed the calls which was admittedly my fault (spanning 3.31am - 3.2am), rang and they just kept repeating "Just deal with Just Eat" repeatedly and wouldn't let me speak. Horrible and rude refusing refund. Would take this on the chin but again, utterly horrible person on the other side of the phone."
