"Used Shabna many times and always satisfied. However extremely disappointing last night. Food, which was in excess of £22, was delivered 35 minutes late and much of it was luke warm or cold. Chips were awful. Possibly undertook many deliveries and we were last so food been carried around for some time. Mentioned it to deliverer but no response!!
