"UNRELIABLE, RUDE STAFF, AVOID. Ordered this evening on Zafrani website. No confirmation email. Called up several times to check if the order had been received and no answer. Eventually got through and was told they were busy and order would be 25-30 minutes later than the estimated 60 minutes. Waited 30 mins and called back to ask where our order was and we were told the driver was en route and it would be with us in 5-8 minutes. 15 minutes later still no sign of order. We called back again and were told 15 minutes. When we said we were told it was on the way 15 minutes ago we were then told they had issues with cars breaking down and getting another delivery driver in etc. We asked to cancel the order and they pleaded with us not to. We then asked for a discount considering the 2+ hour wait and being lied to and they eventually offered £5 off a £50 order. When told this was insulting they offered £10. We asked to cancel unless they could offer an acceptable discount and were rudely told "we're not a charity". Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Don't take orders you can't fulfill and sort your customer service skills out! Will not order again and will warn others to avoid."

"I’m a truck driver and was parked in the area for the night. I placed an order for a set menu for 1 and oh my god, it was amazing. It came within 30 minutes and was nice and hot, and there was loads of it. I do a lot of work in the area and will definitely be using Zafrani again in the future. I can highly recommend. The staff were very helpful and very pleasant"
