"I tried this lovely place last night and it was so lovely ! The man on the phone was so nice the food was amazing best butter chicken iv had in year's for what we paid it was well worth it. Delivery driver was also lovely . Please keep this up for next time because I find it frustrating to find somewhere nice for a lovely curry ,. Some takeaways foods turn nasty after abit because they lose the care they put in to the foods . I really hope this doesn't happen it's so hard to find a nice curry shop where everything we ordered was perfectly cooked..."

"Ok, so this is an update of my recent review... I've changed it from 3star to 5star & the reason for that is I told them in my comments box upon ordering last night who I was ie my review & they happily sorted out the food issues I pointed out. Last night's food was fantastic! Bigger pots of onions, fresher tasting starters, etc so folks speak to the staff & explain what you want instead of just not going back because of teething problems. Support them & enjoy your food! I recently ordered & wrote in the details i would be writing a review for Stockport food teaser on Facebook. Ok, So firstly what is the point in sending a 1 x spoon full of onions which clearly are not enough in those silly tiny plastic pots for popodoms...sort this please! Onion Bhaji, really hard like they had been kept warm for hours...Not good! Sheek kebab, not the most appetizing look for a food but please make it so it doesnt look like dry poo! Rice, I could tell by the grains it was old & had been kept a long time so again...Not good! Lamb chops, only 3 & 1 was just fatty! Chicken wings...good! Madras...excellent!! Balti...excellent!! Naan...good sized as some places offer very small circular obviously bought in rubbish! So...starters bad but curry very good Send lots of Onions for my popodoms in future..."

"I wasn’t going to leave a negative review as this is a new business and I thought it deserved time to bed in. However after reading some of the owners appalling responses to criticism on here, I will as they clearly don’t understand how to deal with criticism properly and improve. Basically the food was at best mediocre , cold and nowhere near as good as what the old Sagar. The samosas even looked and tasted like cheap frozen ones. I would have given the place another chance but the owners really poor replies to people mean I definately won’t. Come back Jay!!"
