"Went for a special birthday celebration and booked ahead a few weeks before. We were seated in a window overlooking the cricket pitch. Our waiter Oliver was very attentive. Offered advice on drinks when one of the cocktails we requested was unavailable. The food was good for the price we paid as we ordered off the special lunch menu. Atmosphere was relaxed and we weren't rushed, which was great."
"This was a pre-valentine dinner with my husband and we had a wonderful time. My husband really enjoyed his steak and was so happy with it, he's refused to eat steak anywhere else. We had a lovely server Tamzen, who was really nice and informative. Would definitely recommend and would be going back."
"We visited miller and carter for our valentines meal. The food is simply amazing, we had the fillet rare and it was absolutely sensational. Furthermore both our starters and desert were tasty, and the valentines offer was really good value for money! The reason I am leaving 4 stars rather than 5 is that I have received numerous emails and texts reminding of the dress code. However inside the restaurant it was not being enforced, sat opposite us someone was wearing a tacky t-shirt, behind us someone wearing a hoodie and in the bar area we saw someone in sports trainers. We do not mind following a dress code, but what is the point of having one when you clearly are not enforcing it?"
